The project comprised shopping mall, department stores, hotel and luxury service apartment which covered the area of 175,000 sq.m. and 5,200 sq.m. outdoor showcase area. The Project area was 8.36 hectare.
The consultant was responsible for project management and construction supervision of architectural and interior work, civil and structural works, mechanical and electrical works, sanitary work, piping and landscape.
