This project was cosmetic manufacture, domestic seller and export factory. J.A.S. Personal Care Factory was Ferro-concrete with metal sheet roof and partition. The office, with related facilities, was 2-floor building. The factory included the modification of existing building and structures as well as the new building.
The consultant was responsible for construction supervision of architectural work, civil and structural works, mechanical and electrical works, sanitary work, piping, telephone, fire fighting and landscape.
